Bosch Rexroth has expanded the functionality of the pneumatically-driven MS01 controlling and measuring system. The system checks the presence, position, shape, and dimension of test objects during automatic supply and processing of workpieces. The MS01 is equipped with an integrated cleaning pressure function to ensure that the measuring results are accurate despite dirt particles or coolant. The system has an additional connection for a permanent sealing air function.

EXAIR’s Adjustable E-Vac product is a series of low cost, compressed air powered vacuum generators where the vacuum and flow rates can be adjusted to suit the application requirements. The vacuum pumps are suitable for a wide variety of “pick-and-place,” box opening, clamping, lifting, chucking and surface mounting applications. They are maintenance free and have no moving parts to wear out.
