 Selco Products Company's Diode Type (DT) thermistor series offer an operating temperature range of -58° to 482°F and feature a glass sealed. Designed in a DO35 industry-standard package for PCB mounting, performance characteristics include standard tolerance ranges of ±1%, ±3% and ±5%, and a dissipation value of 2.4 mW/C in still air with a typical thermal time constant of 15 s.
Resistance values of 25°C are available from 1 kohms to 47 kohms. Maximum power rating is 250 mW (at 25°C).
