 Ringfeder Corp. has introduced the RING-lok keyless taper bushing
system suitable for the printing, sawmill and machine tool industries.
The system is said to eliminate backlash by combining the features of a
keyless locking device and steel taper bushing system, and is not
influenced by reversing loads and will not vibrate loose.
The system is designed to work in both cast iron and steel hubs. Product applications include use on V-belt and timing pulleys, couplings, sprockets and sheaves. Units are available in bushing sizes 1108, 1210, 1610, 2012, 2517 and 3020, with imperial sizes available on request for shaft diameters from 22 to 70 mm.
