 ETP Stainless Steel shaft locking bushings are designed to lock gears, pulleys, sprockets and other components to a keyless shaft. The ETP stainless steel models contain FDA approved food grade medium and are RoHS compliant.
The bushings are sealed, easily cleaned, made of stainless steel, are maintenance free, and handle temperature ranges from –22° to 180°F.
Units provide torque ranges from 40 to 1401 ft lb and hold concentricity to .0008 inch T.I.R. They have one radial adjusting screw for fast mounting, repositioning and phasing of components to shafts. An Allen wrench is the only tool required to mount and lock these bushings into place.
Bushings are available in inch and metric sizes from 5/8 to 2 in. or 15 to 50 mm.
