NSK Precision America has announce that SolidComponents™ now serves as the company's primary CAD file software tool. The online library, which is located at npa.solidcomponents.com, allows design engineers to configure and download 3D CAD files and supports a wide range of formats, including SolidWorks, SAT, Step, Pro/E, Parasolid, Iges, DWG and DXF. SolidComponents makes technical drawings and product specs available for download in .pdf format, and also features a comprehensive search function that allows products to be located by series or type.

The online library currently holds the following data: linear actuators and brackets; Cartesian robots and accessories, linear and roller guides; direct drive motor and EDC driver; ball screw support units; Compact FA and BSS series ball screws; ball screw shaft end configurations; and some rolled thread screws.

NSK will regularly update the site with news and information on new products and corporate highlights. The company will also make catalogs and supporting documents available for download in the coming months.
