 The Fics-DMC-3X series of servo control systems from Dynaservo integrate PLC functionality, multi-axis motion controller, 3 servo drives, 48DI and 35DO in a single package. The system is expandable to 16 servos and 255DI and 255DO. With the series, the configuration of a standalone system such as a 3-axis gantry robot is said to be as simple as connecting 3 servo motors and I/O.
The integrated servo system is also said to reduce the total system cost, save space, wiring and startup time while increasing system reliability.
