LONG LIFE BUTTERFLY VALVES |

 A high-cycle option is available with Jamesbury Wafer-Sphere high-performance butterfly valves from Metso Automation that is said to result in life cycles 4 to 5x greater than those recorded for valves with conventional components. The valves, lasting up to two million cycles, include filled super PTFE shaft seals, 316 SS/Woven PTFE shaft bearings, PEEK-filled thrust bearings and extruder rings.
Actual life cycle performance is subject to media, pressure and temperature conditions.
