Adchem Corp. has introduced the 7603-PET acrylic adhesive transfer tape. The transfer tape is designed to bond well at room temperature to a variety of challenging highly plasticized substrates, including most vinyl sheets, vinyl banner materials, vinyl lettering materials and vinyl extrusions. The tape is suitable for a range of applications that includes sound dampening, vibration dampening and dissipating shock energy.

The transfer tape is constructed with 3 mils of moderate tack, acrylic adhesive coated onto a 2-mil silicone-coated clear plastic liner designed for improved die cutting and removing. Said to deliver excellent peel and shear properties, the 7603-PET has proven to work on 30% monomeric plasticized vinyl, considered to be one of the more challenging vinyl materials.
