TTI Inc. provides customers with enhanced side by side part comparison

Written by  Dan Comand January 18, 2010
TTI, Inc. announces an exciting enhancement to its popular Part Comparison tool.

“Part Comparison has become a highly-used feature on www.ttiinc.com. Customers tell us they love the functionality of Part Comparison,” said Kevin Schubert, eBusiness Director, “But they want to be able to see more parts. Now, customers have the ability to see up to 15 parts side by side in Part Comparison.”

The enhanced improvements also offer the convenience of adding more parts to a Quote Request, Shopping Cart or Project List simultaneously with new scrolling action buttons. Plus, customers can get more detailed information on more parts more quickly and still do all the great things they’ve come to expect from Part Comparison: add multiple parts to their Shopping Cart or Quote Request, save them later in a project within Project List and get side by side apples-to-apples comparison of pictures, pricing, availability, and parametric data. Schubert said, “The key difference is that they can do it for three times as many parts.”

  • Piston sealing systems reduce friction

Simrit has developed the Friction Piston Seal T-ring (TR) 200. With the low friction piston seal TR 200, Simrit presents an innovative sealing geometry for the smooth operation of pneumatic cylinders with significantly increased efficiency. Reducing friction by up to 50% compared to conventional systems, the low friction piston seal TR 200 shows minimal wear after 15 million cycles. The dynamic sealing function of the low friction piston seal TR 200 is achieved by a sealing area with a large radius.
