The S800 series and S800D series of high capacity toggle actuated devices from NKK Switches are available in several circuit configurations, including double pole and three pole models, both available in two or three positions.
All circuits have a dielectric strength of 2000 Vac minimum for 1 min. The S800 series has a resistive load rating of 30 A at 125 Vac and 250 Vac. The dc rating is 30 A at 30 Vdc and 1 A at 125 Vdc. The standard length of the bat toggle is 22 mm, and the electrical life is 25,000 operations minimum. The S800D series has a flatted lever of phenolic resin over brass with chrome plating, and the actuator length is 27mm. Mechanical life for all devices is 50,000 operations minimum.
