NKK Switches has announced the SW3800 series of high capacity rocker switches that are UL Recognized and CSA Certified. Available devices include double pole and three pole rocker switches, with maintained circuits in single or double throw configurations.
Resistive ratings are 30 A at 125 Vac, 30 A at 250 Vac, and 30 Vdc.
Switches can be configured with inductive load ratings of up to 30 A at
125 Vac and 30 A at 250 Vac. Rocker actuators are constructed of urea
resin in white. The mounting frame is steel with chrome plating over
nickel plating. The switches feature screw terminals made of brass with
nickel plating. Mechanical life is rated at 50,000 operations minimum
and electrical life rating is 25,000 operations minimum. Nominal
operating force varies from 800 to 2200 g, depending upon the model
specified.
