Omega has introduced the OS530LE-W9 series of handheld infrared thermometers. The unit is suitable for a variety of non-contact temperature measurement applications. The built-in patented laser sighting is switchable between laser dot and circle patterns with the laser beam flashing or continuous. The series measures temperature ranges from -23° to 871°C and offered different optical field of views from close focus to long range.
Features included adjustable emissivity, backlit LCD display, high & low audible and visual alarms, analog output, and PC interface, built-in distance measurement (optional), thermocouple input, and data storage. The LCD provides dual digital display of both current and max, min, differential or average temperatures in either °C or °F simultaneously. This series offers optional accessories such as USB wireless receiver, tripod mount, thermocouple surface probes, universal 9 V adapter and the RS232 output models include free data logging software.
