The MVD 100 digital load conditioner from Magtrol is dedicated to load measuring applications using load cells or transducers. The conditioner can supply one full-bridge sensor and offers 3 adjustable set points, suitable for load/overload detection in crane and lifting applications.
The unit also contains a 1 to 3 V (optional 0 to 10 V or 4 to 20 mA) analog output as well as an RS232 output. The power supply of the unit is 115/230 Vac, with 12 to 24 Vdc or 48 Vac available as options. Setup and calibration of the conditioner is performed through 3 pushbuttons located inside the unit.
The MVD 100 board is mounted in an IP65 aluminum housing.
