EPCOS has added two series to its range of PTC thermistor chips. Available in case size 0603, units feature space savings of about 50% in comparison with predecessor series 859701* in case size 0805. The standard version 859601A0*A062 has been developed for temperatures from 75 to 135°C in ten-degree steps.
Maximum variation from rated temperature is √Ǭ±5°C. Resistance is 4.7
kohms at the rated temperature. Series 859601A0*8062 has a tolerance of
√Ǭ±3°C.
