High sensitive, high rep rate energy detectors
Ophir Optronics, Inc., has introduced the model PD10-pJ and PD10 photodiode energy heads. The energy detectors can measure up to 10,000 Hz on low energy, high rep rate lasers.
The PD10-pJ has pulse energy measurements of 10 pJ to 200 nJ, up to
10,000 Hz. Additional features of the PD10-pJ include a spectral
response from 0.19 to 1.1 µm, built-in calibration in 1 nm increments,
and energy scales of 200 nJ to 200 pJ. The damage threshold of the
PD10-pJ is 0.1 J/cm2 and the calibration accuracy is ±5%.
The PD10 energy detector has pulse energy measurements of l nJ to 20 µJ, up to 10,000 Hz. Additional features of the PD10 include a spectral response from 0.19 to 1.1 µm, built-in calibration in l nm increments, and energy scales of 20 µJ to 20 nJ.
