McMillan Model 80 series mass flow controllers for gas measurement are available in stainless steel construction. The controllers are said to provide accurate, stable control of gas flow ranges as low as 0 to 50 sccm. Units are also available with aluminum construction for added value, and displays are optional on all configurations.
The controllers have better than ±1.5% linearity (full scale) and 0.5% repeatability (full scale).
