Emphatec has introduced the FM5, a 5 x 20 mm fuse module that is cCSAus certified for C1D2 and Zone 2 applications. The fuse is socket mounted under a protective cover making it completely touch safe.
A status LED is included (on when the fuse is good). The module is intended for use with PLC/DCS inputs and outputs and is rated 2 A maximum at 24 Vdc or 120 Vac. Connections for the 0 V or neutral lead are also provided. The module requires 11.2 mm of DIN rail.
