DPN WEB EXCLUSIVE: Selco Products Company has introduced a diode type (DT) thermistor series that offer an operating temperature range of -50° to 250°C and feature a glass sealed body.
Designed in a DO35 package for PCB mounting, performance
characteristics include standard tolerance ranges of ±1%, ±3%, and ±5%,
and a dissipation value of 2.4 mW/C in still air with a typical thermal
time constant of 15 s. Resistance values of 25°C are available from 1K
to 47K ohms. Maximum power rating is 250 mW (at 25°C). The series is
manufactured with 0.20 in. tin-plated leads.
