austriamicrosystems has introduced the AS8510, a data
acquisition front-end IC. -
The sensor interface IC offers features a 16-bit dual-channel ADC + PGA architecture with <1 LSB of offset and noise. Each channel has a low-drift programmable gain amplifier for handling ±160 mV signals or 0 V to 1 V when by-passing the PGA. It operates from 3.3 V, and has an ambient operating temperature range of -40° to 125°C.
