Trans-Quip Inc., the Canadian master distributor of Joyce/Dayton, has announced a new line of electrically operated cylinders. The Joyce/Dayton electric cylinders are designed for use in industrial environments where protection of the lifting screw mechanism is essential and low maintenance is desirable. The electric cylinders can be used in place of hydraulic cylinders, eliminating the cost and potential leaks related to hydraulic systems.
The electric cylinders are available in three models: Standard, Motor Mount, and Com DRIVE, with 2.5 to 20 ton static capacity.
