Festo Inc. – a supplier of pneumatic and electrical automation technology – announced the launch of the clean design guide unit DGRF for “tough ambient conditions in the Food & Beverage industry.”
The DGRF should be used wherever hygiene, ease of cleaning and resistance are important, according to Festo. It comes as a ready-to-install unit consisting of the guide and cylinder available in bores from 20-63 and strokes of 10-400 mm.
Other features include:
- An optional dry-running seal
- FDA-approved lubrication and sealing on the basic version
- Smooth corrosion resistant surfaces
- Hygienic mounting of the sensors in sizes 32 to 63
