Bosch Rexroth has expanded the functionality of the pneumatically-driven MS01 controlling and measuring system. The system checks the presence, position, shape, and dimension of test objects during automatic supply and processing of workpieces. The MS01 is equipped with an integrated cleaning pressure function to ensure that the measuring results are accurate despite dirt particles or coolant. The system has an additional connection for a permanent sealing air function.
Construction is according to ISO standard 15407-1 (26 mm width) and enables the use of standard and stainless steel fittings with ¼ in. threads. A single sub-base for space saving mounting close to the measuring nozzle is also offered.
