Telatemp Corp. has introduced the MicroPOINT 1 which can record up to 32,000 time-stamped temperature measurements with a 0.1° resolution. The NIST traceable logger has the ability to automatically compute the Mean Kinetic Temperature for any record that is produced during a temperature-monitoring period, making it possible to comply to USP Standards.
Designed to monitor temperatures from -40° to 80°C, the unit records at
user-definable intervals from every 2 s to 12 h. Accuracy is √Ǭ±0.5°C for
temperatures from 0° to 50°C, and √Ǭ±1°C for temperatures below 0°C and
above 50°C.
