The 7400 series mainline sanitary plastic-chain conveyor platform from Dorner Manufacturing features a new sprocket alignment key design to simplify cleaning. The tool-less way to hold the sprockets in place on the spindle is said to ensure the conveyor's modular plastic belt is properly aligned on the spindle when being reassembled after a cleaning.
The platform can be completely disassembled, cleaned and back online operating in minutes.
