RUBIS-PRECIS can supply micro-assemblies in high tech materials, including fine engineering ceramics, tungsten carbide and synthetic sapphire.
During the last year, the company has installed 15 CNC lathes with
capacity from 0.5 to 20 mm diameters, some of them with 10 axis, 45
tools and special spindles for secondary backside operations. The main
materials machined are stainless steel, titanium, gold, platinum,
tungsten carbide, nickel silver and brass. The company is also able to
offer complete assemblies by press-fitting, brazing, crimping, laser
welding and laser marking.
