DPN WEB EXCLUSIVE: Advanced Polymer Alloys has announced that its Alcryn Melt-Processible Rubber product line can be colored. The product is sold in natural, translucent and clear grades that can be colored with concentrates. Combined with the colorants, the material is said to produce brightly colored, clear, pearlescent, thermochromic or metallic components.
In addition, the product is said to be resistant to heat, sunlight, and
UV light, exhibiting dimensional stability and chemical resistance in
harsh environments and extreme weather conditions.
