Cabinet cooling for large electrical enclosures
Exair Corp. 2800 Btu/h Cabinet Coolers incorporate a vortex tube that cools ordinary compressed air to 20°F. The cool air is circulated through the enclosure.
Units mount to NEMA 12, 4 or 4X (stainless steel) enclosures through a
standard electrical knockout. Cabinet Cooler systems include an
automatic drain filter separator said to ensure no moisture passes to
the inside of the electrical enclosure.
Available thermostat control are also said to minimize compressed air use and keep the enclosure at √Ǭ±2°F of the temperature setting. There are no moving parts. All models are UL Listed to U.S. and Canadian safety standards. Models with lower cooling capacities are available.
