Tadiran has introduced TLH series lithium thionyl chloride cell batteries that provide 3.6 V in temperatures from -55¬∞ to 125¬∞C. Available in all of Tadiran's standard cell sizes: 1/2AA, 2/3AA, AA, C, D and DD cylindrical cells as well as wafer cells, TLH series cells have a maximum service life of 20+ years. The products are available in a variety of terminations and assemblies.
