IP67 rated RJ45 Industrial Ethernet and USB connectors

CONEC has announced that its existing product line of IP67 rated RJ45 and USB connectors featuring bayonet locking design in accordance with IEC61076-3-106 type 1, is now available with diecast housings
The diecast housings are nickel plated and provide shielding against EMI-RFI. The series is suitable for Ethernet and USB applications in harsh environments, outdoor usage, industrial, communication and factory automation systems.
A simple mating of plug and receptacle with the bayonet design is said to provide a solid connection. Compatibility between enclosures made with various materials is adhered to in accordance to IEC61076-3-106.
The RJ45 series can be supplied with the following connecting styles:
• Insulation displacement (keystone) IDC
• PCB connection
• Patch cords
The USB series can be connected using patch cords.
