DPN WEB EXCLUSIVE: Interpower Corp. has expanded its line of IEC 60309 Interpower High Power inlets and outlets. The inlets and outlets are IP44 to 67 rated for dust and splashing water. They are used for connection to equipment rated from 16 to 32 A with service at 120 to 250 Vac.
The connection devices have CSA, UL, and/or VDE approved for North American and international use. Interpower high power connection devices are configured with 3 pin 16/20 A or 30/32 A rating, in yellow or blue, 4 and 6 hour ground pin position, panel or cable mount inlets and outlets. The devices are also configured with 4 pins; 20 to 125 A in orange, blue, or red; 6, 7, 9, and 12 hour ground pin position; panel or cable mount inlets and outlets. In addition, the devices are configured with 5 pins; 20 to 125 A in blue or red; 6 and 9 hour ground pin position; panel or cable mount inlets and outlets.
