Weidmuller congratulates Jack Jessop for 31 years of service

Written by  DPN Staff March 16, 2010
In December of 2009, Weidmuller celebrated Jack Jessop's retirement after 31 years. Jessop joined Weidmuller in 1978 as a territory sales person for Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada. He worked his way up to the position of Canadian National Sales Manager in 1997, and in 2000, was named the Country Manager for Weidmuller Canada, the role he held until his retirement.
Jessop’s plans for retirement are to continue pursuing his love for the outdoors- especially hunting, fishing and golf- and the addition of winter trips to Arizona with his wife, Terri. Everyone at Weidmuller Canada expresses thanks to Jack for his years of service and contribution to the company, and best wishes to he and his wife for the future.

Terry Hodgson, the National Sales Manager at Weidmuller Canada since August 2009, has succeeded Jessop. Hodgson, with his wife, Heather, and two sons, Cody and Jesse, moved from Calgary to Ontario, and is based out of Weidmuller’s Markham headquarters.
