Bodine expands online product support tools and information

Written by  Dan Comand March 18, 2010
Bodine Electric Company has expanded the product information and support section of its website, www.bodine-electric.com.
Visitors to the Bodine web site can now find product information, accessories, and replacement parts by simply entering a Bodine product serial number. Commonly requested information and literature such as connection diagrams and operating manuals can be downloaded instantly. Accessories for Bodine products such as mounting brackets, terminal boxes, and capacitors can now be found by simply entering a model number or serial number. Replacement parts such as brushes and springs for permanent magnet DC motors can now be easily identified and selected.

When a serial number search identifies a custom built OEM product that Bodine does not stock, the new online support tool will provide that OEM’s contact information. If the product is too old, the web site will provide a link to find the nearest Bodine distributor or authorized service center.

“With this new feature, Bodine customer support is available 24/7. The new online product support tools allow customers to find the most popular information on our website with just a few clicks,” says Miguel Rivera, Manager, Sales/Service Operations.
