Previously, Martin was director of sales at Holt Electric, Inc., a Midwest electrical distributer based in Hartland, WI. At Holt, Martin gained experience serving major packaging and converting clients and enhanced his already deep experience with industrial controls technology. Throughout his career, Martin has also served in high level management at a wide range of automation and controls suppliers. He has over 27 years of experience in the packaging and converting markets with leading automation and controls suppliers such as Rockwell Automation, Danaher Motion and Bosch Rexroth-Indramat.

Martin is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management/Industrial Engineering.
