Interfast Inc. represents four new product lines for distribution

“We’ve recently started to represent UK-based bigHead in the US and Canada, as well as coupling and clamp manufacturer Oetiker, slide creator Accuride, and avionics mounting clamp producer Avionics Mounts Inc. in Canada,” said John Rossi, marketing/distribution manager, Interfast Inc.
“Information on all four organizations and the products we’re carrying can be found on our updated website. Now at the click of a button, people can see the new products we’re carrying. It’s all about making information easily accessible to our customers.”
Rossi noted customers and prospective customers can now get detailed insights into the range and depth of product available. Interfast represents more than 40 fastener and component manufacturers servicing the aerospace and industrial markets The company also provides details on its services through a Solutions link, which highlights its custom kitting, VMI (vendor managed inventory, CIMS (customized inventory management system) and Twin Bin offerings.
“We recognized that customers are interested in tailored information,” says John Rossi. “We’ve updated our easy quote process, committing that all inquiries will be answered within 24 hours. Similarly, Interfast is known for its engineering support, and we’ve provided a direct number to staff who can provide support on fastener related challenges.”
Building connections through LinkedIn
Rossi adds that everything is designed to help customers get the information they need quickly and easily, and he anticipates more developments in the near future.
“We’ve set up an Interfast group on LinkedIn and welcome our customers to join our group,” adds Rossi. “We believe it’s another new and powerful way to stay in touch with our customers and the fastener community. It’s always important to follow new industry developments, so we’ve added daily news feeds to help people stay abreast of industry news.”
The site also includes details on trade show participation and updated corporate information.
